Legenda Putri Naga dan Tuan Tapa

This is one of folk tales from South Aceh, Indonesia. The story is about a couple dragon who were expelled from China because they had no offspring, so then they’re wandering and finally lived in a bay called Tuantapa which is located in South Aceh, Indonesia.
This art I made was one of the scene in this story where the couple dragon found a baby girl floating in the bay. First of all, I know that Chinese dragon’s body is more like a snake (like the dragon in ‘Mulan’ Disney movie), but I want to try to draw a different kind of dragon in here.
I started by making two concepts and the choosen concept was the second one
